Terms, in plain sentences.
What this store is, what it is not, and what you are entitled to when you buy from it.
What this site is
This website is the online store of the Rose Institute, a licensed clinical practice in Golden, Colorado. It sells medical foods and practitioner-grade supplements supplied by named vendors. The practice holds no stock: each vendor ships its own line directly to you.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and reading it does not create a clinician–client relationship. That relationship begins at intake, with paperwork, and not before.
What you are buying
Medical foods are a distinct FDA category, intended for use under a clinician’s supervision. Those items are marked, and an order for one is reviewed by a licensed clinician before it ships.
Supplements are not medicines. Nothing on this site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and nothing here replaces advice from your own clinician.
Orders are subject to clinical judgement: we may decline one if it is not appropriate for you, we will say why, and it is refunded in full.
Prices shown are the vendor’s list prices and are what is charged. Nothing is added at checkout.
What this store does not sell
Nothing on this site provides, supplies, prescribes, sources, or arranges access to psilocybin, ketamine, MDMA, ayahuasca, or any other controlled substance or plant medicine. This is not a matter of framing or of how a request is worded.
Orders may be declined. Anything marked as requiring review does not ship or proceed until a licensed clinician has read your intake and agreed it is appropriate for you.
Emergencies
This site is a store. It is not an emergency service and messages are not monitored around the clock.
Testimonials
Testimonials are from real clients and are used with permission. Individual results vary; nothing on this site is a promise of outcome.
The other document is worth reading too. They are short on purpose.
