What happens after I check out?
A receipt, then a clinician. Your order and receipt appear in your account straight away. Anything marked for clinician review is read by a licensed clinician before it ships or starts. Everything else is ready to start immediately.
Who can buy from this store?
Anyone physically in Colorado. A counseling licence is state-bound and this practice holds LPC.0015140, so you have to be in the state when a session happens. Physical items ship anywhere we can legally send them.
Does everything happen by video?
Most of it. Therapy, assessments, coaching, programmes and courses all work by video. QEEG recording, neurofeedback and the cognitive baseline have to happen in the room, because the equipment goes on your head. Formulas and lab kits ship to you. Every card says which applies.
Is the price on the card the price I pay?
Yes. One number per product, nothing added at checkout, and a written estimate before your care begins under the No Surprises Act.
What if it turns out not to be right for me?
You get your money back. If a clinician reviews your intake and decides a product is not appropriate for you, it is refunded in full and we say plainly why. We would rather lose the sale than sell you the wrong thing.
Can I cancel a subscription without calling someone?
One button, in your account. No retention offer, no waiting period, no hoops. It takes effect immediately and nothing further is billed. Sessions you have already paid for stay yours.
What happens to my information?
Nothing clinical touches this store. Your cart is held on our server against a random identifier; the cookie in your browser says nothing about you. Intake answers, clinical notes, and messages with your clinician live in the secure portal under a Business Associate Agreement. Privacy & HIPAA.
